1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Standard Products
- Orders for standard (non-customized) items may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

1.2 Custom or Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for custom-made or personalized products (e.g. tailored uniforms, embroidered logos, etc.) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If you wish to cancel before production begins, we may accept the cancellation at our discretion, but a cancellation fee may apply to cover design or material preparation costs.
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- You may return standard products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation).
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Used, worn, or washed items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
3. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
3.2 Partial Refunds
